About the Artist
Kaylene Whiskey is an acclaimed Aboriginal artist from Indulkana in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands of South Australia and a member of Iwantja Arts. Drawing inspiration from 1980s pop culture, music, family, and community, her colourful artworks celebrate strong women, connection, and joy through her distinctive visual storytelling style.
