Shipping Information
When you place an order through the Museum Shop your order will be prepared and dispatched within five business days.
Your order will then be shipped by Australia Post with Shippit. Shippit will provide tracking details and updates on your order. Note: larger orders may be shipped via courier instead.

Please select click and collect as the delivery method at the shopping cart when placing your order.
You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to collect, generally within 24 hours of placing your order. During certain times, or if gift wrap has been added, a longer timeframe to fulfil your order may be needed.
Please wait until you have been notified your order is ready for collection before visiting us.
You will be required to present your order collection email in store before picking up your order.
If there is a stock issue with your order, you will be emailed (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays) before your order is fulfilled.
If your order is not collected within 14 days, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
Customers in the United Kingdom and Europe:
Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to accept and process orders from customers in the UK and Europe due to the changes coming into effect on 1 January 2021 and 1 July 2021. Hopefully we will be able to accept orders in the future. Our Songlines catalogue is exempt from VAT and can be shipped to the UK.
