Shipping Information

When you place an order through the Museum Shop your order will be prepared and dispatched within five business days.

Your order will then be shipped by Australia Post with Shippit. Shippit will provide tracking details and updates on your order. Note: larger orders may be shipped via courier instead.

Christmas Cut Off Dates

Australia Post recommends posting by the following dates for Christmas delivery.

Australia
NT 16th December
WA 18th December
TAS 19th December
All other states 20th December

Overseas
New Zealand 5th December
Asia 6th December
USA 11th December

Canada
Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada. As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 27 November 2024

Customers in the United Kingdom and Europe:

Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to accept and process orders from customers in the UK and Europe due to the changes coming into effect on 1 January 2021 and 1 July 2021. Hopefully we will be able to accept orders in the future. Our Songlines catalogue is exempt from VAT and can be shipped to the UK.
