Shipping Information

When you place an order through the Museum Shop your order will be prepared and dispatched within five business days. 

Our logistics provider, Shippit, will arrange for your order to be shipped by Australia Post. Shippit will provide tracking details and updates on your order. Note: larger orders may be shipped via courier instead. 

Most parcels will be safe dropped by Australia Post if it is safe to do so. To prevent spoilage, food items delivered during Summer will not be left unattended. 

Click and collect now available at The Museum Shop located at the National Museum of Australia 

Please select click and collect as the delivery method at the shopping cart when placing your order. 

You will receive an email once your order has been packed and is ready for collection, generally within 24 hours of placing your order. During certain times, or if gift wrapping has been added, a longer timeframe to fulfil your order may be needed. 

Please wait until you have been notified your order is ready for collection before visiting us. 

You will be required to present your order collection email in store before picking up your order. 

If there is a stock issue with your order, you will be notified by email (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays). 

If your order is not collected within 14 days, your order may be cancelled and refunded. 

Customers in the United Kingdom and Europe: 

Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to accept and process orders from customers in the UK and Europe. Hopefully we will be able to accept orders in the future.
