Ngulburnan, yuriyawi “Waterhole”
Sterling Silver and Mookaite beaded Necklace.
Mookaite is predominantly found in Western Australia and has the nickname the Australian Jasper.
This necklace is handcrafted as is all the jewellery in this shop is made by me and I am an Aboriginal Jewellery Artist. The use of symbols is part of the story telling from our culture and I use this as part of my design in my Jewellery. Ngulburnan, yuriyawi means Waterhole in Wiradjuri Language which is where I grew up in Dubbo NSW.
The necklace is sterling silver with Mookaite and is aprox 47.5cm from end to end. The pendant is aprox 3cm round.
