Each pudding is crafted individually by hand using the traditional boiled-in-the-cloth method in old fashioned gas fired "coppers" before being hung on the line to naturally dry, age and mature. This traditional cloth cooking method we believe produces the moistest tasting pudding. Enjoy!
How to prepare:
Stove: Remove ribbon, card, leave cloth in place and re-tie pudding firmly with string. Lower into a saucepan of boiling water and cook for approx. 30 minutes. Do not boil dry.
Microwave: Remove ribbon, card, cloth and foil wrapping. Pierce the film and place the pudding on a plate. Cook on full power for 2 minutes per 500g (based on 900watt microwave).
