Discover the magic of Butterfly Pea Flowers (Clitoria ternatea), nature's remarkable colour-changing flower. These vibrant blue blossoms are prized as a natural food and beverage colouring, transforming from brilliant blue to shades of purple and pink when lemon or lime juice is added. Perfect for creative drinks, desserts and culinary creations, they bring a touch of wonder to every occasion.
This generous pack contains approximately 1,000 individually hand-picked Butterfly Pea Flowers, sustainably grown on plantations in central and northern Thailand. A little goes a long way, making them ideal for creating colourful teas, cocktails, lemonades, syrups, rice dishes and noodles. Freeze brewed tea into ice cubes and watch the colour magically shift as they melt into drinks.
Developed for the international market by Wild Hibiscus founder Lee Etherington, these premium flowers undergo a specialised three-stage drying process that delivers exceptional quality and a shelf life of up to three years.
