Wild Rosella is a flower predominantly found in tropical areas. A member of the Hibiscus family, Wild Rosella tea is known for its extremely high content of antioxidants (mainly flavonoids).
A rich source of Vitamin C, which plays a role in strengthening our immune system, the health benefits include lowering blood pressure and lowering high levels of cholesterol in the blood.
Start with cold water from the tap for boiling, as this helps enhance the natural Australian native flavours. Use 1 teabag per cup, pour over the boiling water and steep for 1 minute for a pure native flavour or 3-4 minutes if adding sweetener or milk. Enjoy!
Also available in loose leaf for those who enjoy brewing a fresh pot.
