Warndu's best selling and much loved Australian Native Thyme Infused Olive Oil - We take South Australian extra virgin olive oil and infuse it with Australian Native Thyme.
Independent product Review "Absolutely wonderful. Gorgeous rich, bright colour. Vibrant, rich smell. Lovely viscosity. Quite a different, intense and captivating flavour. A complexity that builds and a character that changes as it goes. Minty, herbaceous, woody, peppery. Lots of savoury “Australiana/Bush” character going on."
◎ Serving Suggestions:
It is a perfect dressing on its own or mixed with Warndu's Wattleseed Balsamic.
Wonderful drizzled on meats before roasting or over roasted vegetables. Great over avocado toast or drizzled over a bowl of soup. It has enough flavour and personality to be enjoyed on its own with a nice piece of sourdough. Definitely more of a “finishing” oil than a cooking oil."
This infused olive oil is plant-based, vegan and Made in Australia.
Native Thyme harvesting is in January.
◎ Taste profile: Native Thyme boasts a more complex flavour than Mentha mints. With hints of pepper and earthy tones, both the leaves and flowers have minty qualities.
◎ Shelf Life: 12 months
◎ Capacity: 250ml
◎ Weight: 600g (per tin)
◎ Size: 17cm (h) x 5.5cm (diameter)
