Pepperberry is a shrub that grows in high altitude and sourced by Indigiearth from Tasmania and Victoria. Very high in antioxidants (four times that of blueberries), the Pepperberry is classed as a super food.
Suggestions for use:
• Traditionally used for flavouring any meal, chutneys or preserves
• A condiment in cooking or eaten whole for their antioxidants
• Replacement for regular pepper.
