Released in 2023, FINK & Co’s single stem vases pay homage to FINK founder Robert Foster’s formal language and in particular his iconic data and light sculpture “The Journey”, which was installed at ACTEWAGL in Canberra in 2010 and decommissioned in 2022.
The vases are made from aluminum and are shaped using Robert’s unique water forming process which allows for the creation of fluid, organic objects. Two vases are formed at a time and each piece is individually hand finished before anodizing. Each vessel has a seam running along its arc creating a ridge or back bone.
The single stems are stunning with a solitary Australian native but magnificent when clustered in a variety of sizes and colours.
Dimensions: Approx. 23 x 9cm
