Its been a long journey to produce this decadent syrup. Once Singing Magpie Produce cook their multi award-winning Smyrna quinces they are left with a big pot of rich liquid. Through experimentation they found that this liquid forms a luxurious syrup once it is gently cooked down for about 6 or 7 hours. Innovation and waste reduction are a part of their food philosophy and that is why their Sticky Quince Syrup is just so perfect.
There are two words to describe the Sticky Quince Syrup - indulgent and versatile. This rich and moreish syrup pairs perfectly with roast duck and pork. It can also be used as the base flavour of ice-cream or served on a cheese board. And to take your salad to another level add the syrup to your dressing. If your syrup does start to get too thick heating it briefly will bring it back to pouring consistency.
Storage: Suitable to be kept in your pantry, refrigeration not required.
