This bookmark features an image taken from a fragment of a wall-painting from Nebamun's lost tomb-chapel (1350BC). The original painting depicts the scribe Nebamun fishing and fowling from a small boat with his wife, Hatshepsut, and his daughter. The bookmark is based on the beautiful detail of Hatshepsut who stands behind her husband, holding an arm full of lotus flowers.
The bookmark is ideal as a culturally-inspired gift.
